Return Eligibility

You have 14 days from delivery to request a return. To be eligible, items must be unused, In their original packaging and returns are accepted by mail only.

 

Initiating a Return

Please email info@umbershade.com for return authorization. Once approved, we’ll send detailed instructions and the return-shipping address. Items sent back without approval will not be accepted.

 

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order immediately upon receipt. If an item is damaged, lost, or incorrect, contact us at info@umbershade.com and keep all packaging and paperwork so we can resolve the issue promptly.

 

Non-Returnable Items

Made-to-order pieces are non-returnable. All exchanges and refunds must be pre-approved by customer service.

For the quickest exchange, follow the return process above, and once approved, place a new order for the desired item.

 

Refund Process

Return shipping cost: the buyer pays return postage unless the item is confirmed damaged or faulty.  After the returned item is received and inspected, we’ll notify you our decision. If approved, the refund is processed to your original payment method within 10 business days (processing times may vary by bank or credit-card issuer).
