Worldwide Shipping

We ship worldwide from Hong Kong, and the order will be delivered to your doorstep. All shipments include a tracking number, allowing you to monitor your parcel’s journey in real time.

Processing Time

All orders are typically processed within 3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays). During peak seasons or public holidays, processing times may be slightly extended.

Shipping & Delivery Times

Once your order has been processed and dispatched, you can expect delivery within:

• 3–15 business days (Standard)
• Up to 20 business days in rare cases due to customs delays or unforeseen circumstances.

Customs, Duties & Taxes

To make your shopping experience seamless, VAT and applicable taxes are already included at checkout. You will not be required to pay additional customs fees or duties upon delivery.
